Ministry of local government official yesterday Thursday 9th July met with Bukwo District stakeholders to plan for performance improvement ahead of the September assessment
Bukwo principal Assistant Secretary, Mr Chelimo Moses, said well-performing districts will get increased funding, while poor performers will face deductions.
LCV Hon Chesol Tom urged technical staff to improve on project management, supervision, and computer literacy. He also directed that procurement be concluded by 30th July and that all project certificates be filed.
The next assessment for lower local governments is expected between September and October
